Each apartment has one bedroom, featuring hardwood floors, large living rooms, formal dining room, ceramic tile in kitchen and bath, security systems, central air, and private front porches/balconies. Each apartment boasts beautiful hardwood floors and private balconies with great view of Historic Holliday Park and the Topeka High Tower. Rent is $495 a month, with $350 deposit. Small mature pets allowed. An additional $20 per month is charged.
